Is milk in anyway helpful to plants? If so what about milk is helpful to the
plants?

Milk is very helpful to plants. Just like animals, plants don't really like
to die, and if you're drinking milk, that means you're *not* eating plants.
Therefore, whatever plant you would've been eating, had there not been any
milk, will get to live and breathe for another day. And sometimes, that's
just enough time for a boy plant to meet the girl plant of his dreams, and
cavort around making all sorts of baby plants, thereby staving off
extinction for another generation.

Hope this helps.
